Location Abu Dhabi UAE Company TECH ARRAY Employment Type FullTime Onsite ShiftBased 12 7 Coverage Are you ready to take your NOC career to the next level TECH ARRAY is looking for dedicated and technically skilled Resident NOC Engineers to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi If you re passionate about monitoring troubleshooting and keeping IT environments running smoothly we want to hear from you What You ll Be Doing 24 7 monitoring and Level 1 troubleshooting of IT infrastructure Responding to incidents performing isolation and resolution based on SOPs Providing remote onsite support for virtual and physical failures Maintaining and finetuning monitoring and reporting platforms Escalating issues to relevant teams and documenting resolutions Preparing performance reports and identifying system trends Coordinating planned unplanned changes and verifying service restoration What You ll Bring 2 years of experience in medium to large IT environments Handson experience with Riverbed monitoring tools Strong grasp of SNMP Syslog NetFlow WMI Proficiency in Windows Linux VMware Wintel Azure cloud environments Understanding of OSI model TCP IP Cisco IOS NXOS Meraki Certifications ITIL CCNA VCP MCP or equivalent
