Principal Functions Implement and support strategic projects Initiatives across P C Procurement Contracts Admin Warehouse Logistics Delivery department and measure success Execute the agreed digitization and automation efforts to improve process efficiency automation through market research and advanced digital solutions Drafting policies and documents for the governance of projects in coordination with the relevant stakeholders Carryout requirement gathering proposals business case and coordinate UAT with solution vendors on behalf of business users and IT stakeholder Duties Responsibilities Implement Procurement and Admin Supply Chain Management functions in project management activities to develop and adopt project charters managing progress reviews measuring project deliverables and objectives are met to project closure and review feedback Develop necessary templates for managing Create necessary templates and dashboards to manage the project in an effective and efficient manner and develop necessary policies and guidelines for project management Support Project Management Digitization lead to drive the SteerCo meeting agenda and work closely with the project owners to follow up on the project updates key risk issues and escalation Find advanced digital solutions including AI and Gen AI initiatives that are available in market for P C services to be automated or enhanced and support the sourcing of right solutions Lead and support project owners and team in creating business requirement documents change requests scope of work and other related documents addressing approved governance policies and guidelines for the seamless execution of the projects Identifying suboptimal processes by aggregating the required information and conduct adoption reviews with internal stakeholders as well as with third party consultants Carryout gap analysis of legacy solutions that are impeding efficiency and propose solutions and enhancement in coordination with IT Provide support in overall digitization efforts and help team to research identify and implement latest technologies that could benefit P C in achieving cost effectiveness and process efficiency Find advanced digital solutions that are available in market for P C services to be automated or enhanced and support the sourcing of right solutions Support the implementation of new solutions and P C business users by coordinating the UAT and smoke tests ensuring issues are fixed and processes are streamlined Coordinate and conduct postimplementation reviews and assessment of automated processes with relevant business users and stakeholders to determine the effectiveness Measure and review digital adoption and recommend actions to improve on the adoption against benchmarks Facilitate adoption of new digital capabilities performing business cases and feasibilities and support the Project management and digitization lead by identifying training and improvement programs for the short term and longterm digital aspirations and assure their continuous developmental activities under the direction of Procurement Performance Analytics lead Education Experience Bachelor s Degree in IT Business Administration Computer Science or related field Chartered Institute of Procurement Supply CIPS Certification 34 years of experience in Budget data analytics AI Project management specifically within procurement function of a technology organization You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
