This role is ideal for individuals with 2 + years of sales experience and a solid understanding of the complete B2B sales cycle , eager to grow within the FinTech and RegTech sectors. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outbound outreach, events, and digital channels.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver persuasive, value-driven product demos tailored to client needs across the FinTech and RegTech spaces.
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact and discovery to closing and onboarding.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships that foster loyalty and account growth.
- Market Insights : Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and the evolving regulatory technology landscape.

Qualifications
Language : Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required.Experience : 6 months to 1+ year in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Prior experience in FinTech, SaaS, or RegTech is preferred.Sales Knowledge : Solid understanding of the full B2B sales funnel and consultative selling strategies.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Skills :Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and basic productivity tools.What We Offer
