Currently we are hiring for below role :

Electrical Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi Site

Industry : Exp with villas, hosptality, residential

Middle East Experience is required

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Lead and manage a team of electrical inspectors across large-scale sites
• Review and enforce compliance with contract documents, codes, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design offices to align on execution
• Resolve site issues, provide technical clarifications, and interpret drawings
• Track and document progress : daily reports, material logs, change orders
• Conduct inspections, audits, NCRs, and oversee snagging & handover
• Support Resident Engineer and Project Leads on coordination, meetings, and issue resolution
• Monitor safety practices—and call out risks before they escalate

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Post-grad degree or professional membership a plus : PE, CEng, etc.)

7 years of experience, with significant exposure to consultancy supervision in the Middle East

Proven success delivering high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use building projects

Solid understanding of authority requirements, LEED certifications a plus

Expertise across all phases : design, QA / QC, execution, testing, and handover

Bonus If You Have :

LEED GA / AP certifications

Hands-on knowledge of local authority protocols and approval processes

Experience leading large inspection teams
