Job Description
As a Key Account Territory Development Executive, you will contribute to the development of national and local key accounts, developing the commercial strategy on a territory level across all indirect channels by deploying the set strategy in the market. Manage your assigned territory and accounts in terms of KPIs across all trade categories & ensure the execution of commercial plans. Compile reports and gather market intelligence to report back to the territory supervisor. Maintain a solid understanding of the assigned territory to identify opportunities. Establish and maintain good working relationships with assigned accounts, third-party distributors, and customers.
Your day to day
Territory Management
- Coordinate, propose, and deploy commercial objectives by developing comprehensive knowledge of the assigned accounts.
- Ensure efficient coverage and effective territory planning focusing on high-weighted key accounts and POS customers, maintaining relationships, and gathering market intelligence.
- Identify new opportunities that can positively impact your territory.
Sales Analytics
Consolidate and analyze market and PMI business performance (CC & RRP) at the territory level to identify performance gaps and strengths.Trade Relationships
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with strategic outlets across all 3 indirect channels to ensure smooth operations and product visibility.Monitor and evaluate business partner performance and propose activities to improve results, emphasizing consumer-centric approaches and PMI’s image.Digitization
Lead digital engagement efforts in your territory across all indirect channels to promote digitalization and improve business efficiency.EHSS, Principles & Practices
Ensure all activities comply with national legislation and PMI Principles & Practices.Train and guide third-party customers on relevant policies and procedures; report any accidents or incidents.What You Need To Have
College or university degreeAt least 2-3 years of experience in FMCGProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelExcellent command of English (written and spoken)Digital savvy and hands-on with emerging technologiesThis job is active and not expired.
