The job holder manages complex structures, processes, and policies across multiple Business Units to ensure effective HR administration support. This role oversees full HR management for EP Business Units, including 8 Local Business Units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, each with different local regulations. The position is situated in the multicultural landscape of the UAE, with over 50 nationalities and diverse company cultures.
Activities
- Lead HR operations (EP) and support activities across all Business Units, including expatriate management, administration & payroll, recruitment, training, manpower planning, and methods & tools.
- Define strategies and prepare HR roadmaps to harmonize actions, procedures, and tools to optimize human resource and administrative management.
- Establish relations with TUS and Business Unit personnel to ensure services promote personnel satisfaction and motivation, and to identify issues needing resolution.
- Conduct surveys and benchmarking to ensure consistency, fairness, and best practices in HR procedures across all Business Units, maintaining organizational productivity and sustainability.
- Ensure compensation and benefits are competitive; review structures and propose changes to the OTOC Committee.
- Manage EIA & MSI campaigns for EP Business Units.
- Oversee retirement and early departure negotiations, contract transfers, and promote new programs supporting business direction and workforce motivation.
- Review and recommend HR policy changes in line with corporate guidelines and local laws such as Federal Labour Laws.
- Synchronize HR tools and processes across Business Units for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare studies, reports, and information for decision-making related to current and future business needs.
- Lead and coordinate activities to uphold the company's image, health and safety standards, and service quality.
- Define and implement HR budgets to optimize service delivery.
- Develop and manage manpower forecasts and succession planning, conducting people review exercises.
- Promote the company image through timely communication and maintaining good external relations.
Candidate Profile
University Degree or equivalent.Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including managerial or supervisory roles.Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with proven team management ability.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.Experience in budgeting, cost control, organization, and decision-making.Additional Information
