Job Description
BettingJobs is working with a new iGaming operator looking to grow its presence in the UAE market. This company is very much a start-up, and this Head of Marketing role will be one of the first hires.
Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across :
Paid media : Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic
Offline : Billboards, radio, newspaper, sponsorships, street activationsNon-traditional funnels : influencers, communities, content loops, local initiativesDesign and execute campaigns tied to real-time pop culture, live events, and internet trendsCoordinate closely with product and design teams to ensure seamless user journey from ad to gameplayManage and continuously improve performance across key metrics :CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, Retention
Run A / B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and messagingOversee full funnel tracking using tools like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads ManagerLead messaging, copy, and creative hook ideation tailored to each market segmentBuild a culturally relevant brand that resonates with diverse player profilesMaintain competitive differentiation through compelling, locally adapted contentTrack competitive campaigns, media mix, and offersRapidly respond with optimised counterstrategiesContinuously experiment with new channels and formats to discover performance edgeDeliver weekly / monthly marketing reports with strategic recommendationsCollaborate with BI, product, and VIP / CRM teams to align campaigns with player behaviour and lifecycleManage relationships with creative agencies, local media, and tech vendorsRequirements :
5+ years in digital and creative marketing, preferably in iGamingProven success running paid media at scale across Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.Strong portfolio of trend-driven, culturally relevant campaign executionExperience managing offline channels (billboards, radio, OOH)Ability to launch timely campaigns tied to memes, events, and social trendsExperience with non-traditional and viral growth funnelsMastery of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPM, Retention, ConversionDeep understanding of local market behaviours and how to tailor messagingStrong in GA4, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, tracking systemsExperience working with product, VIP, CRM, and content teamsCompany Industry
