Our client is a global fintech, holding broker-dealer and capital markets service provider.
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with external counterparties (including brokers, banks, and custodians) and act as a point of contact and escalation.
- Interact with the trading desk and the Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
- Interface with Middle Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology for BAU processing escalation and support.
- Implement improvement projects to the systems / processes / internal controls for new and existing market / products and technology enhancements.
- Conduct periodic reviews of commissions generated against pricing sheets.
- Handling Internal Audit and regulatory queries as they relate to Client Services
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures, SOPs, Service Level Agreements, and Business Continuity Plans for Client Services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years in client-facing roles in the financial services industry, with experience in dealing with clients directly.
- Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and client onboarding.
- Experience with financial products across asset classes.
- Experience in handling audits and adhering to internal control frameworks.
- Proficient in Excel; basic IT / system project knowledge is a plus.
- Strong team player, with proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional and approachable tone.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure.
