Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Oversee all day-to-day spa operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and brand alignment
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and positioning of the spa
- Establish and enforce departmental and facility policies and procedures
- Ensure alignment with Standard Operating Procedures and company values
Team Development & Leadership
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing Spa teamLead performance management, engagement, and ongoing professional development of all colleaguesFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvementFinancial Management
Prepare and manage the spa's annual operating and capital budgetsOversee fiscal analysis, cost control, and productivity reportingGenerate and present monthly productivity and performance reportsReview and manage inventory, payroll, service charges, and vendor contractsGuest Experience & Wellness Programming
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards and prioritizing health and safetyOversee the development and implementation of innovative wellness programsPromote all spa and hotel packages and promotions to enhance guest value and revenueSales, Marketing & Business Development
Lead the implementation of the spa marketing strategy and 12-month planIdentify and pursue new business, marketing, and promotional opportunitiesBuild and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partnersRepresent the spa in internal and external meetings, including with group planners and key stakeholdersAdministrative & Compliance
Establish robust administrative systems and operational controlsEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental practicesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadershipQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is an assetMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within a high-volume spa environmentBackground in the hospitality industry, preferably within a luxury propertyStrong business acumen with a proven ability to drive growth and operational successPassion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
