Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns focused on brand awareness and lead generation
Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligning with marketing objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and storytelling
Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize for better ROI
Engage with online communities, respond to comments / messages, and foster audience interaction
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Coordinate with design and content teams; ability to independently create visuals and short videos is a strong plus
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management and paid campaign execution
Strong understanding of key social platforms and ad managers (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
Demonstrated success in driving both brand visibility and lead generation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred
Graphic design and video editing skills are highly desirable
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
