HR Recruiter Job Location UAE Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals databases and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain an active candidate pipeline for multiple open roles Provide timely updates to hiring teams on recruitment progress Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support other recruitmentrelated tasks as required Qualifications Requirements Minimum 1 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE market Must be currently based in the UAE Own visa is mandatory Freelance Spouse or Family Visa holders preferred Strong experience in candidate sourcing using and other channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously Immediate availability preferred
