Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze BOQs cost estimates and budgets for projects Manage tendering processes contracts and procurement activities Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities Track project costs and prepare variance reports Liaise with clients consultants and contractors on contractual and financial matters Ensure compliance with UAE building codes standards and safety regulations Assist in dispute resolution and claims management Requirements Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the sector Bachelor s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering or related field Strong knowledge of systems and cost management software Excellent negotiation and contractual skills Good communication and reporting abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
