Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management & Reporting :
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
ERP & Process Leadership :
Leverage Odoo ERP expertise to streamline accounting workflows, reporting, and automation.Monitor cash flow, accounts, and financial transactions for accuracy.Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business growth.Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. SStrategic & Team Leadership : - Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team.
Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments.Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).5+ years in financial management, with 3+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory).Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS / GAAP standards.Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP optimization.Benefits
