S Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives and investments. Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational execution. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s / MBA preferred). 5+ years in financial management, with 3+ years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience (mandatory). Strong grasp of financial regulations, tax compliance, and IFRS / GAAP standards. Advanced skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and ERP optimization. Attractive Salary & Benefits

Black & Grey HR is working with a fast-growing lighting manufacturing company seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead company's financial operations, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize their Odoo ERP system for scalability.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management & Reporting :
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the finance department.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax requirements.
ERP & Process Leadership :
Strategic & Team Leadership : - Mentor and supervise accounting staff, fostering a high-performance team.
