IT Support Officer

Key Responsibilities Provide first and secondline technical support to employees Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals Manage user accounts permissions and security settings Maintain documentation of support activities and solutions Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers backups and network equipment Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software repairs Requirements Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in IT support or related role Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and common enterprise applications Familiarity with network troubleshooting and security protocols Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
