Summary As a Skilled Technician at our resort you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for our guests You will handle a diverse range of tasks including installation troubleshooting repair and preventative maintenance across various property systems Your commitment to excellence will contribute to exceeding guest expectations and enhancing our brand reputation Responsibilities Guest Service Excellence Address guest requests promptly and to their satisfaction ensuring high standards of service delivery Maintenance and Repair Perform diversified duties to install troubleshoot repair and maintain facilities and equipment Skill Sets Utilize expertise in plumbing electrical mechanical carpentry kitchen equipment HVAC laundry systems boilers painting locksmith tasks and pool pond maintenance Preventative Maintenance Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on equipment to optimize functionality and lifespan Equipment Inspection Regularly inspect equipment to assess conditions for repair or replacement needs Training and Compliance Participate in departmental trainings on equipment and comply with safety and operational standards including OSHA requirements Documentation Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance repairs and inventory of supplies and parts Team Support Assist with repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned by supervisors responding to service requests efficiently General Repair Work Perform various general repair tasks to uphold property standards and functionality Operational Efficiency Organize work tasks to ensure all maintenance responsibilities are completed in accordance with operational demands Qualifications Proven experience in maintenance and repair work preferably in a hospitality or similar environment Proficiency in plumbing electrical mechanical carpentry HVAC and other relevant trades Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent technical or trade school certification preferred You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
