    • Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of hotel and hospitality assets including land assessment, feasibility studies, investment analysis, and project delivery.
  • Create and present detailed business plans, development strategies, and financial models to internal stakeholders and investment committees.
  • Drive early-stage activities including market analysis, site selection, concept development, and operator selection.
  • Secure internal approvals and external funding where necessary, ensuring alignment with corporate investment criteria and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, project managers, legal, finance, and operations teams to bring developments from vision to reality.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and budgets through each stage of development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of hospitality trends, guest experience standards, and operator requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with hotel operators, investors, authorities, and JV partners to drive project success.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • 12–16 years of progressive experience in hospitality real estate, with emphasis on large-scale developments.
  • Proven history of delivering complex hospitality and mixed-use projects from inception to completion.
  • Deep knowledge of hospitality markets, guest trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Advanced project delivery skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and consultants.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building capabilities.
  • Skilled in using project management platforms and digital tools.
  • Clear and persuasive communicator with excellent presentation skills.
