Admin Cum Accountant Job Location United Arab Emirates Key responsibilities Tracking of work orders and job completion reports Following up on job completion certificates purchase requisitions purchase orders and goods received notes for completed work orders Raising invoices for completed jobs Preparing accrued income analysis every month for work partially completed Checking invoices for subcontractors and ensuring they are correct before submitting for payment to the head office Ensure adequate inventory is maintained at the site Timely recording of GRNs and SIVs in the system to update inventory records Preparing monthly profit and loss report for the site
