You perform all services, call-backs and repairs on customers’ equipment in an efficient, effective, and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service, following the security rules.
You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and are available for call-back coverage.
You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch.
You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernisations.
You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.
You complete all required data inputs in a diligent and honest fashion; these include time reporting, parts usage, and call callback reporting.
Mobility needs you
ITI or diploma holder, or vocational / technical course certificate holder
Minimum of two years’ service / maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry
Proven track record in testing and commissioning will be an added advantage
Must have good communication skills – both written and verbal.
