HR Executive Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers Oversee payroll processing ensuring accurate and timely payments Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive and productive work environment Maintain employee records and personnel files ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations matters addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively Contribute to the overall HR strategy and contribute to the improvement of HR processes Support other HR functions as required Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 24 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing or industrial environment Proven experience in recruitment payroll administration and employee engagement Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
