Job Type FullTime Working Hours Monday Friday 8 00 AM to 5 00 PM Seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our client s team This role involves close coordination with customers overseas partners agents and local vendors to ensure smooth shipment processes Key Responsibilities Coordinate with customers overseas partners agents and local vendors once shipments are confirmed Regularly follow up with agents to get timely updates on shipments Send proper and timely updates to customers regarding their shipments via email Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and KPIs for efficient job closures Assist the pricing team with requests and adjustments Close files immediately after shipment delivery to maintain smooth workflow Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proactive approach to problemsolving and shipment tracking
