Job Description

General Manager

Be an ambassador of the brand and the property as General Manager, where your leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, and tenacity to drive the top line to exceed targets, and to position the property in the (Premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.

  • Managing the overall strategic direction of the property and supporting all departments in achieving operational targets.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar hotel brand or business, preferably with resort experience.
  • A passion for personal and team growth and development.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
  • A proven leader capable of inspiring others.
  • Strong business acumen with success in driving commercial performance and achieving KPIs.
  • You will live the brand by :

  • Developing accurate and ambitious financial objectives aligned with the brand strategy.
  • Interacting positively with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.
  • Fostering positive owner relations and maximizing performance.
