Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the home care team including nurses caregivers and other healthcare professionals Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs Coordinate patient admissions evaluations and followup visits Ensure compliance with healthcare standards regulations and policies Monitor patient progress and provide regular updates to families and physicians Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Nursing Healthcare Management or a related field At least 35 years of experience in healthcare management or home care services Knowledge of home healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE
