Business Development Manager Job Location Sharjah United Arab Emirates Job Details Bachelors degree in engineering marketing or a related field Advanced degree preferred Proven experience in marketing engineering products preferably in the oil and gas industry Strong technical understanding of fuel tank systems and related components Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical information into compelling marketing messages Strategic thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and the ability to execute marketing plans effectively Ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in marketing tools and software applications Willingness to travel as needed Key Responsibilities Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Fuel Transfer Systems to target customers in the relevant industries Conduct market research to identify customer needs market trends and competitor activities Use insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies Create marketing collateral including product brochures datasheets presentations and website content Ensure that messaging effectively communicates the features and benefits of our fuel tank systems Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering sales and product management to develop and launch new products and features Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise conducting product demonstrations and assisting with customer inquiries Establish and maintain relationships with customers partners and industry influencers to drive awareness and adoption of our fuel tank systems Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and drive business growth Stay uptodate on industry developments emerging technologies and regulatory requirements related to Fuel Transfer Systems
