Currently we are hiring for below role :

Architectural Inspector

Location : Abu Dhabi Site

Industry : Exp with villas, hosptality, residential

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Monitor and inspect on-site architectural works to ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
• Liaise daily with engineers, contractors, and project managers
• Review and verify shop drawings, submittals, and inspection requests
• Flag issues, issue NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are followed
• Track progress, maintain detailed site records, and report to project leads
• Champion HSE protocols and contribute to safety culture
• Help expedite approvals, permits, and coordination across stakeholders

What You Bring :

Diploma in Engineering (Degree preferred for future progression)

5 years total experience

Hands-on supervision experience in architectural / building projects

Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, codes, and QA / QC

Experience with residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

Excellent report writing and site documentation skills

Bonus Points for :

Safety certifications

Knowledge of local authority procedures and NOC processes

Experience in horizontal developments and hospitality projects
