The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for leading the process of developing and executing innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies that elevate our brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital channels.
Key responsibilities :
- Formulate, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms, including websites, social media, and paid advertising.
- Leverage advanced AI tools and technologies to optimise digital campaigns, automate marketing workflows, and deliver tailored customer experiences. Spearhead initiatives that harness AI for predicting consumer behaviour, enhancing content creation, and improving marketing performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies, including SEO / SEM, display advertising, social media marketing and email marketing to achieve campaign objectives and maximise ROI.
- Partner with external agencies and in-house creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns that reflect our brand's luxury positioning. Manage and evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.
- Lead the strategy and optimisation of our digital platforms, including website development, UX / UI design, and content management. Ensure the website is a best-in-class digital experience that drives engagement and conversions.
- Manage and inspire a team of digital product managers, digital marketing specialists, and performance managers. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Ensure the seamless integration of digital platforms, CRM, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies. Act as a subject matter expert in technical digital marketing areas such as programmatic buying, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to optimize marketing strategies based on data.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, communication and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AI, Digital Marketing) is a plus10-15 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or high-end consumer goods sectorsStrong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content strategy, and digital media.Deep experience in creative campaign development and agency management.Technical proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation.Demonstrated experience in AI applications and development within marketing functions.Leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive high performance.Communication and presentation skills.J-18808-Ljbffr
