Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including electrical plumbing HVAC and carpentry work Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Maintain tools equipment and work areas in proper condition Requirements Minimum 2 3 years of Facilities Management experience in the UAE Technical diploma or trade certification in a relevant field Good knowledge of systems and general building maintenance Ability to read technical drawings and manuals Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Visa will be provided Accommodation and Transportation will be provided Will be assigned either in Abu Dhabi or Dubai Preferably can join immediately Salary is negotiable Open for applicants from India
