General Technician

General Technician Job Location UAE Responsibilities Conduct all sort of fixes repairs replacements including but not limited to electrical plumbing carpentry painting pool and air conditioner Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company managed rental properties or offices Report work performed time spent parts used and next steps needed if necessary Responsible for keeping maintenance tools used vehicle and properties clean organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation Maintain and keep log of own inventory Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner Prepare or assist in preparing properties to a readyforoccupancy condition prepare inspection report when required Report work performed time spent parts used and next steps needed if necessary Responsible for keeping maintenance tools used vehicle and properties clean organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation Job Requirements Prior experience in a similar maintenance role Knowledge of HVAC and systems Proficiency in basic carpentry and painting techniques Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Candidate should be located or relocated to Fujairah Conversational level of English speaking reading and writing is required Must Have UAE LMV manual or Automatic DL Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
