Fuel Additives Procurement Specialist To manage the procurement and blending of fuel and additives for gasoline production ensuring compliance with quality standards and cost efficiency The role requires a strong chemical engineering background to optimize blending processes and align with operational objectives Key Activities Procurement Management Source and evaluate suppliers for fuel and additives Negotiate contracts to achieve costeffective procurement while maintaining quality standards Blending Operations Oversee and optimize the blending of gasoline and additives Ensure that blending operations comply with industry and company standards Quality Assurance Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure product specifications are met Develop and implement procedures for blending and quality control Market Analysis Monitor market trends and provide insights for procurement strategies Identify new products and technologies to improve blending efficiency and product quality Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations Prepare regular reports on procurement and blending activities for senior management Knowledge Indepth knowledge of base oil and additive specifications and blending techniques Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles Education Bachelor s Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in fuel and additive procurement or a similar role within the petroleum industry Proven experience in gasoline blending and additive applications You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
