Project Manager

Key Accountabilities

• Manage the performance of the design team to ensure designs are made in proper manner that is in compliance with the scope of work requirements.
• Review and provide feedback on all drawings and documents submitted by the Design Team and ensure the incorporation of all revisions on all documents.
• Control and manage the Senior Discipline Engineers of the Project Management Team in respect of Design aspects.
• Manage the preparation, submission and obtaining of all required planning and authority approvals.
• Ensure that a detailed and methodical value engineering and constructability process is adopted throughout the project design process.
• Propose alternative materials / systems to improve the design operation and construction cost through the project life cycle.
• Review the Project Strategy and provide a recommendation to the concerned project leader.
• Provide support in Site Supervisory capacity
