Base pay range

AED540,000.00 / yr - AED660,000.00 / yr

Talentspoc LLC is seeking a highly qualified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, and facial structures. You will conduct complex surgical procedures, including dentoalveolar surgery, orthognathic surgery, and facial reconstructive surgery, all while ensuring high levels of patient care and safety.

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse array of healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans for our patients. We are looking for a team-oriented surgeon who is not only adept in surgical techniques but also dedicated to fostering a compassionate environment for patients.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Assess patients through detailed clinical examinations and imaging studies to determine surgical needs
  • Develop and implement tailored surgical and treatment plans
  • Perform a variety of surgical procedures while prioritizing patient safety and comfort
  • Oversee pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure successful recovery
  • Collaborate with dental specialists, orthodontists, and other medical providers for comprehensive care
  • Engage in patient education regarding treatment options and post-surgical care
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continued education

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school
  • Successful completion of an accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Active board certification and state dental license
  • Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
  • Proficient in a range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on patient communication and care
  • Willingness to engage in continuous professional development and training
