Job Description

We are Crystalia Glass LLC , a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Established in 2017, we have experienced significant growth and serve clients such as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent, and others.

We seek experienced, motivated, and passionate professionals to join our team who share our vision and can contribute to our growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, skilled in prioritization, adaptable to challenges, eager to develop and mentor others, and interested in working for a fast-growing NYC-based company.

The main challenge is to build a new sales team and support the existing successful team, with guidance from the Owner / CEO and team members. A specialized training program will be provided to familiarize you with our products.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on key market segments and increasing sales.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, reporting findings to management.
  • Coach and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and set goals to meet and exceed targets.
  • Coordinate daily sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Participate in recruiting and training new team members, ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance the sales department, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Conduct market analysis.

Requirements :

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Fluent English (C2 level).
  • Highly organized, proactive, with the ability to anticipate opportunities and problems.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Conditions :

    Job Type : Full-time, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm, New York time

    Remote work available

    Pay :

    Fixed salary plus uncapped commission based on performance
