Go Kite Travel is seeking a B2B Customer Service Representative to manage and support our travel partners and corporate clients The role involves handling inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Provide timely support to B2B clients via phone email and chat Manage booking modifications cancellations and customer queries Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions Requirements Experience in B2B customer service preferably in travel tourism Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks
