We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Partnerships to join our team in either Dubai or London. This is a full-time, office-based role, and applicants must be currently located in either Dubai or the UK.

As the Head of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global footprint by developing strategic alliances and fostering high-value partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the FX and trading industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of partnership ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop & Execute Strategy : Design and implement a global partnership strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Partnership Acquisition : Identify, evaluate, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional partners to strengthen market presence.
  • Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with key partners to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Leadership & Team Development : Lead and mentor the partnerships team, ensuring performance against key KPIs.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis : Monitor industry trends, conduct competitive research, and leverage insights to optimize partnership initiatives.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Alignment : Ensure all partnership activities align with industry regulations and internal company policies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, sales, legal, and product teams to optimize partner-driven campaigns and initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize analytics and reporting tools to measure partnership success and continuously refine strategies.

What We're Looking For :

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partnership management within the FX, trading, or financial services industry.
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners within the trading ecosystem.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on key metrics.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services space.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
