IT Support Engineer

Looking for a skilled and customerfocused IT Support Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization Key Responsibilities Provide firstline support for endusers via email phone or in person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues Install configure and maintain operating systems software and hardware Manage user accounts permissions and access rights in Active Directory or similar systems Monitor and maintain IT systems including servers network devices and cloud platforms Set up and support desktops laptops mobile devices and printers Assist in IT asset management inventory and procurement Document technical issues and solutions updating knowledge base articles Support onboarding offboarding processes with relevant IT setups Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalations Requirements Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role Strong knowledge of Windows Microsoft and basic networking Excellent troubleshooting communication and user support skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure If your profile matches our requirements you are requested to share your updated resume along with the below details 1 Total exp 2 Current Salary 3 Expected Salary 4 Notice Period Preference will be given to applicants who are available to Join immediately
