The Job
Probation : 6-month trial period10 % uncapped commission (on net invoiced sales)You will identify and schedule meetings with poultry and dairy producers, integrators, and veterinary distributors to present our animal-care and feed portfolio.You will negotiate commercial terms with new channel partners and manage post-sales relations to secure repeat orders.You will conduct on-farm visits , oversee product trials, analyze performance metrics, and generate follow-up reports.You will map high-potential territories across the UAE and support our Saudi Arabia expansion plan.You will maintain CRM records , submit weekly sales forecasts, and track competitor activity.The Profile
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales in animal feed , animal farm inputs , or related animal-care products.Valid UAE driving licence and own car (mileage reimbursed).Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi a plus.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Willingness to travel extensively (≈ 60 % field time).The Employer
