Automobile Spare Parts Trading Company needs to hire immediately Senior Accountant Manager for its office based in Dubai UAE He needs to manage accounting tasks prepares and analyzes financial statements manages the general ledger and assists with audits and tax preparation They also play a role in financial planning budgeting and developing accounting policies Core Responsibilities Financial Reporting and Analysis Preparing and analyzing financial statements balance sheets income statements etc ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards General Ledger Management Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions Accounts Payable and Receivable Overseeing and managing accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring proper cash flow management Financial Planning and Budgeting Assisting in the development and analysis of budgets and financial forecasts Tax Compliance Ensuring compliance with tax regulations including preparing and filing tax returns Audit Support Assisting with both internal and external audits coordinating with auditors and providing necessary documentation Process Improvement Developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy MonthEnd and YearEnd Close Supporting the monthend and yearend close processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting Supervision May supervise junior accountants and accounting assistants providing guidance and training Communication Effectively communicating financial information to management and other stakeholders Compliance Ensuring compliance with accounting standards like GAAP Required Skills Technical Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles GAAP financial reporting and accounting software e g QuickBooks SAP Analytical Skills Ability to analyze financial data identify trends and provide insights Communication Skills Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical audiences Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Supervisory Skills Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff In essence a Senior Accountant is a crucial member of the accounting team responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization Job Types Fulltime Contract Contract length 24 months Pay AED8 00 AED10 00 per month
