The primary responsibility of the PMO Coordinator will be to provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery of Projects by coordinating specific activities which could include but not be limited to document management planning risk or financial management Sets up and maintain all Project Program documentation Coordinate the following data collection from all members of the projects consolidating that data and providing summary reports for stakeholders maintaining document control for the Program s governance Organize periodic review in collaboration with the Project Manager prepare status reports with clear presentation of the status of the projects Track all identified action points with individual stakeholders for closure Build good relationship with stakeholders and proactively followup for closure Coordinate with customer Project Manager organize meetings and represent Bosch team and anchor meetings Meet customer project manager and team periodically in person to assure the customer Periodically visit customer location and push for pending deliverables from Customer side Understand customer concerns and address them by defining action plan in collaboration with offshore project manager Participate in project workshops and anchor from customer location Project periodic feedback collection from customer Pending PO SOW Milestone approval and payments follow up with customer Support in presales customer presentations demos Discuss with customer and understand their IT landscape and look for mining cross selling possibilities Qualifications Graduation with first class grades Certification in project management courses preferable Additional Information You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
