This is an exciting opportunity to join the private debt team of a leading global investor, based in Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Managing the investment and asset management function for a specific sector / s.
• Developing the investment strategy and philosophy for the sectors in alignment with the Investment Committee directives and the fund's overall investment strategy.
• Executing and developing the function's long-term strategic plan and creating the business plan for the assigned area.
• Developing tactical plans to ensure proper execution of the investment strategy for the assets and securing high-quality investment deals.
• Ensuring the development and implementation of the asset management strategy to drive performance and ensure value creation.
• Managing risks actively to achieve the investment strategy.
• Driving the P&L for the assets.
• Identifying potential synergies between asset companies to enhance returns and create long-term value.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
• Building and nurturing relationships with external partners, investors, and industry players at various levels.
