Role : Country Manager
Reports To : Managing Director Business Unit
Job Summary :
The Country Manager is responsible for leading and expanding the organizations business across various product portfolios within the UAE country ambit. Reporting into the Managing Director of the BU, the role drives sustainable growth by overseeing daily operations, strengthening principal partnerships, optimizing business performance across multiple product lines / profit centers, and identifying new revenue streams in an aging industry undergoing technological disruption. The Country Manager ensures to meets the top-line and bottom-line targets while maintaining operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and market leadership across core business verticals such as digital printing, production solutions, IT peripherals, and business services.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Business Leadership & Profit Center Management
o Directly manage and grow various profit centers across the UAE, including Digital MFP and Production Printing businesses, BSD Business, and IT peripherals
o Drive full P&L accountability for each unit, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are achieved.
o Implement business development strategies aligned with market demand and Group priorities.
2. Strategic Growth & Revenue Generation
o Identify new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
o Develop and launch new revenue streams that align with technological advancements and customer needs.
o Lead market research, competitor analysis, and solution diversification to expand market share.
3. Tender Management & Major Accounts
o Oversee pre-tender qualification, bid strategies, and documentation for mega government and quasi-government tenders.
o Lead major account management efforts, ensuring long-term partnerships and contract renewals.
o Ensure compliance with tendering protocols and elevate the organizations standing with key clients.
4. Vendor & Principal Relationship Management
o Establish and nurture strong relationships with all principal vendors.
o Ensure optimal commercial terms, service levels, and strategic alignment from vendor partners.
5. Sales & Marketing Leadership
o Provide strategic direction to sales and marketing teams across all business units.
o Ensure effective go-to-market strategies, branding, and positioning in all regions.
o Monitor and improve customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention rates.
6. Budgeting & Financial Performance
o Collaborate closely with MD and Group Finance on annual budget preparation and forecasting.
o Monitor execution and ensure achievement of top-line and bottom-line goals across all entities.
o Continuously optimize cost structures, pricing models, and financial controls.
7. Leadership & Organizational Development
o Lead and mentor a diverse team of business unit heads, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
o Foster a high-performance, accountable culture focused on results and innovation.
o Support organizational change and succession planning to future-proof the business.

Location : Business Unit HQ in Dubai Investment Park (DIP); for Abu-Dhabi based joiners, AUH location can also be considered but with a mandatory relocation after 6 months.
