Nursery Teacher Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and facilitate the physical emotional and educational development of all children through activities Implement planned educational activities and programs while promoting independent learning Provide highquality care and education within the framework of the Early Years Foundation Stage Build supportive relationships with children and parents interacting with them according to individual needs Foster acceptance and inclusion of all children adapting activities as necessary to meet diverse needs Monitor assess and record childrens individual needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book Develop action plans where necessary to support childrens learning Ensure the care welfare health and safety and security of all children within the Nursery Model positive behavior in line with the Nurserys Policies and Procedures Prepare displays that stimulate vocal and receptive responses Participate in assessments and prepare reports on childrens work and development Engage in training programs and contribute to annual appraisals Contribute to social and extracurricular activities assisting with their organization as required Leave the Nursery ready for the following session ensuring plans are implemented and resources are available
