Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival creating a positive first impression Manage the reservation system and waitlist ensuring accurate seating arrangements Lead the guests to their tables providing them with menus and answering any initial questions Monitor table rotation and availability communicating with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations Maintain a clean and organized hostess station ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and readily available Respond to phone inquiries providing accurate information and addressing guest concerns Collaborate with the waitstaff and management to deliver an exceptional dining experience Perform other duties as assigned by management
