QHSE Policies and ProceduresAssist in the review, development, and implementation of QHSE standards, policies, and systems.Monitor changes to standards maintained by external bodies and support the integration of these changes within internal quality management systems.Participate in internal QHSE audit programs against relevant standards and conduct inspections and audits as required, under guidance.Assist in ascertaining the extent of compliance with established policies, plans, and procedures. Investigate and recommend initial actions to be taken where there are potential weaknesses in the Quality system control.Processes performanceSupport the monitoring of corporate processes and assist in ensuring that performance standards are met. Contribute to the identification of improvement initiatives.Alignment & coordination with Internal Audit Assist in identifying on-going risks and contribute to risk assessments.Support the coordination with Internal Audit by providing relevant documentation and reports for audit purposes.Assist in reviewing Internal Audit reports and support the interface with the business to implement corporate quality control recommendations.Presentation of FindingsReport observations and findings to the line manager to contribute to the continuous improvement and corrective action processes.Assist in the preparation of quality assurance reports for management, highlighting areas of compliance and potential areas for improvement.Providing RecommendationsProvide input and suggestions for recommendations to increase the operating effectiveness of specific procedures.Support the examination of the effectiveness of existing systems for internal control to ascertain their adequacy and provide input when changes may be necessary.Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures by identifying potential opportunities for improvement.QHSE CultureProvide practical QHSE support to Business Units, under guidance.Support the fostering of a culture of excellence through participation in initiatives like Quality Circles.Maintain effective working relationships with Business Units through appropriate interaction, including site visits and communication.Assist in identifying relevant QHSE-related training needs and support the delivery or organization of internal training.Promote integrated QHSE systems by supporting a consistent approach to standards across the Company.CoordinationProvide logistical and administrative support in the QHSE inspection and audit of external institutions and agencies.Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Continuous ImprovementSupport the implementation of continuous improvement programs for audit findings and best international practices.Assist in ensuring relevant QHSE issues and improvement initiatives are shared across Business Units and departments, contributing to a consistent process of continuous improvement.ReportingEnsure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet GCAA requirements and quality standards.Health, Safety and Environment within GCAA Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products / services and a responsible environmental attitude as per IMS available standardsOther Tasks / Accountability Perform additional tasks relevant to the role / area of expertise as requested by the management to be able to achieve the objectives / commitments.
