Are you a highly skilled and experienced Red Hat Solution Architect with a strong command over OpenStack , OpenShift , Ansible , and DevOps methodologies ? We are looking for a passionate technology leader to design, build, and optimize scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect, design, and implement enterprise-grade solutions based on Red Hat OpenStack and OpenShift Container Platform .
  • Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible for deployment, configuration management, and orchestration.
  • Lead the DevOps transformation initiatives using CI / CD pipelines and container-based platforms.
  • Provide architectural oversight, best practices, and governance on cloud-native application deployments.
  • Conduct platform lifecycle management including upgrades, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure with applications and middleware.
  • Drive cloud modernization and migration strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a Red Hat SME for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical issues.
  • Produce and maintain detailed design documents, SOPs, and technical standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience , with at least 5 years in cloud & container platforms .
  • Proven hands-on expertise in OpenStack and OpenShift environments (Installation, Configuration, Scaling, Troubleshooting).
  • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and related ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Ansible for IT automation and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
  • Experience working with DevOps practices , microservices architecture, and containerization.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes , Docker , and Helm .
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Red Hat Certifications (RHCE, RHCSA, EX280, EX210, etc.) are a strong plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) (Mandatory)
  • Experience in hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments
  • Exposure to security hardening and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
