Al Serh Al Kabeer Construction LLCUnited Arab EmiratesPurchase Officer Job Location UAE Responsibilities Manage the procurement of goods and services from various suppliers Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize storage space Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to inform business decisions Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement preferably in the construction or civil engineering industries Strong knowledge of procurement laws and regulations in the UAE and Gulf regions Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
