Play a key role in setting company policies and guidelines for all HR sub functions in KSA Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdhere to safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system.Including Active participation in workshop safety tool box meetings. Active participation and contribution to workshop specific safety initiatives. Report all hazards and unsafe acts. Ensure third party compliance. Actively promote positive safety culture.Adhere to quality procedure and policies in accordance with the IMS system.Including Ensure all resources are fit for purpose. Raise corrective actions for all nonconformances. Comply with work instructions. Identify areas requiring improvement and or audit. Responsible for developing HR policies and procedures from time to time for Weatherford KSAWill support Country Head and other Business Unit heads in developing an ideal organizational structure as well as review of the same from time to time.Will play a very strategic role as part of the senior management team and come up with innovative programs for employee engagement employee communication employee relations and rewards recognition.Will periodically assess the compensation benefit structure of the local market through surveys networking and making recommendations for changes including structural design changes on Compensation and benefits.Will be responsible for overall statutory compliance for Weatherford for all locations pertaining to Labour law compliance.People planning as per annual people plan and working out sourcing strategies from time to time.Develop appropriate performance review tools including objective monitoring systems and provide general management recommendations regarding the efficient utilization of talent.Carry out relevant HR projects in coordination with regional HR team.Set up and manage human resources information systems through the Peoplesoft Platform.Ensure cost effectiveness by the delivery of full range of effective human resource services.Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
