الوصف الوظيفيReview resumes and applications to shortlist candidates aligned with role requirements. Conduct initial screenings (phone / video) to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role specifications. Support the creation and refinement of job descriptions and competency profiles. Manage candidates throughout the hiring process—from initial contact to final offer—ensuring a positive and professional experience. Administer technical assessments or psychometric tests, where applicable. Evaluate and present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations based on assessments and interviews. Prepare and extend employment offers, including salary and benefits negotiations. Communicate hiring decisions and provide constructive feedback to all candidates in a timely manner. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience also considered. Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a full-cycle (360°) recruiter, preferably within a multinational or fast-paced organization. UAE hiring experience is highly preferred. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools. Experience with Zoho Recruit is valued. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills. In-depth knowledge of modern interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection methods. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Fluency in English (written and spoken) required. Familiarity with UAE labor laws is an advantage—or a demonstrated willingness to learn.
