FatorahUnited Arab EmiratesIndustry Healthcare Location Dubai UAE Employment Type FullTime Onsite At Fatorah Insurance Claims Settlement L L C we re expanding our operations and are looking for a highly experienced Group HR Manager to lead our HR function across multiple business units in the medical and insurance claims sector This is a leadership role for someone who understands the complexities of HR within UAE s healthcare industry and can drive strategic initiatives across the group Key Responsibilities Lead endtoend HR operations across the organization Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor law and healthcare standards Oversee recruitment onboarding performance management training development Manage employee relations retention strategies and HR compliance audits Work closely with executive leadership to align HR with overall business strategy Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Master s preferred Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE with at least 3 years in the healthcare or medical sector Strong knowledge of UAE labor law HR systems and healthcare HR practices Should be well versed in manual HR process Excellent leadership communication and decisionmaking skills Fluent in Arabic and English
