Property Consultant Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Assist clients with property sales and rental transactions offering comprehensive information about the Dubai real estate market Bbuild and maintain relationships with property owners investors and clients to generate new business opportunities Conduct property viewings negotiations and sales transactions with professionalism and accuracy Stay uptodate with market trends property values and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients Develop and present customized property solutions based on clients needs and investment goals Maintain accurate records of all transactions interactions and client communications Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar role within the UAE real estate market Indepth knowledge of Dubais real estate market regulations and property values Strong networking and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of client inquiries
