Construction Manager Mechanical

Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all mechanical construction activities onsite Ensure work is executed in compliance with ADNOC specifications project plans and safety standards Coordinate with engineering procurement and subcontractor teams to maintain timelines and quality Review and approve construction drawings and method statements Monitor progress resolve technical issues and provide regular reports to senior management Lead mechanical teams and ensure workforce productivity and discipline Requirements Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Mandatory experience on ADNOC projects minimum 10 years Strong leadership organizational and project management skills Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and HSE practices Must be currently residing in the UAE
