Income Auditor

Key Responsibilities Audit daily revenue transactions from various hotel outlets rooms F B spa etc Verify that all income is accurately posted in the Opera system and balanced with supporting documentation Prepare daily revenue and reconciliation reports for management Identify and report any discrepancies or irregularities in financial data Coordinate with front office F B and other departments to resolve issues related to billing or postings Assist in monthly closing procedures and internal external audits Ensure compliance with hotel policies accounting procedures and internal controls Maintain organized and accurate financial records for audit purposes Requirements Proven experience as an Income Auditor in a hotel or hospitality setting Proficiency in Opera PMS is a must Strong command of written and spoken English Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue control procedures High attention to detail and analytical thinking Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
